Local Leads Hub’s main public product is the free Essex Business Directory. Directory listing terms are at /directory/terms.

Homeowner project forms may still be used so we can refer suitable Essex landscaping, patio and driveway enquiries to local trades Mark works with (including friends).

Paid lead-unlock / bidding features are not currently offered. No connection fees are currently charged. If we introduce charges later, we will tell you before they apply.

Posting a job or joining as a trade is not a contract to do the work. Any agreement for work is between you and the trade. Local Leads Hub does not verify trades’ insurance, qualifications or references. Before hiring, check those yourself, and for regulated work (for example dropped kerbs, gas, electrics or waste removal) the relevant registrations.

The name, email, phone and postcode you enter are used to run introductions or referrals as described in our privacy policy, and are not sold.

Where the older on-site job flow is still available, trades need an active Local Leads Hub trade account with a confirmed email to see jobs, and a homeowner’s contact details are shared only with trades the homeowner selects. Local Leads Hub may remove any trade account at any time.

Joining Local Leads Hub and adding a basic directory listing are currently free. We may introduce paid Premium directory features or referral fees in future; we will explain those before they apply.
